Description

The romantic Swan Pond lies in the shade of tall trees. Swans, ducks, carp and goldfish cavort in it. The pond is fed by a small stream with thermal water.

The Swan Pond was created in 1864 by Ernst Krautinger during the reign of Grand Duke Friedrich I of Baden. The last renovation of the pond was in spring 2005 and was completed with the installation of a second water fountain, donated by the Rotary Club Müllheim, in summer 2005.
